Become a customer
Carloh makes many efforts to facilitate your access to our services. In fact, you can subscribe starting from now. You only have to fill out our online order form completely.
Click on the “PDF” button to view your contract, print it, sign and date all pages and send it back to the e-mail address info@carloh.lu or by post. You only have to join a legible copy of your identity card (or passport) and a copy of your valid driving license.
All you have to do now is send the documents by post to Carsharing S.A. 61 rue de Bouillon, L-1248 Luxembourg. You can also bring them personally to our office at the same address.
After that, you will be invited as soon as possible to a compulsory information session in order to learn more about our services and guidelines to use the cars. One after the other, your customer card will be validated and you will have full access to our fleet!
Approved driver : each customer can register one or more pre-approved co-drivers under his membership. The conditions required in order to register a co-driver are the same as with the original membership (valid driver’s licence and ID). The customer remains responsible for all his co-drivers. All co-drivers are billed under the customer’s account and at the same rates.
